Delivery Policy

I. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

Futuretime Online supports delivery to Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi in Vietnam. We are continually expanding our delivery coverage and check back on our website for further updates.

1.Shipping fee:

Customers get FREE shipping nationwide.

2. Order processing time:
– Orders from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. we will contact you within the same day.
– Orders after 20:00, we will contact you the next morning.

II. DELIVERY TIME:

1. For Products available in stock 2-5 working days (excluding weekend, public holiday) from the date of order.  

• Delivery within the day or 1-2 days for customers with addresses in the inner districts of Ho Chi Minh City
• Delivery from 2-3 days for customers with addresses in neighboring provinces of Hanoi
• Delivery from 5-7 days for customers with addresses in remote provinces, Central and North.
• Before delivery, staff will call to confirm that your order is being shipped.

2. For Products not in stock, 4-6 weeks from the date of order.

III. DELIVERY AREA: 

AREA 1: Ho Chi Minh City

AREA 2: Hanoi

AREA 3: Province Viet Nam

In the event of a delay in delivery or delivery of services, Futuretime Online will be responsible for promptly informing the customer of the order status.

Some other notes:

• At peak times (holidays, Tet…) we can’t deliver right away, so we will agree on delivery time for you. Thank you for your understanding.
• In case you find that the product is defective or the product quantity is not enough as in the order, you can refer to the return policy or contact us via hotline 024.3203.3396 for quick resolution. best
• If you are not present during the first delivery, the staff will call to arrange another more convenient delivery time. If the second delivery is delayed for the same reason, the order will be canceled in the system and you will be forced to re-order.
