Warranty terms
1. RADO
Your Rado® watch is warranted by Rado Watch Co. Ltd. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international Rado warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Rado watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed, and stamped by an official Rado dealer (“valid warranty certificate”).
All Rado watches come with a two (2) year international warranty.
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs will not restore the normal conditions of use of your Rado watch, Rado Watch Co. Ltd. guarantees its replacement by a Rado watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- The life of the battery
- Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. alteration of the color and/or material or non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber)
- Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions for use provided by Rado Watch Co. Ltd.
- The handling of the watch by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or the alteration of the watch from its original condition beyond Rado Watch Co. Ltd.’s control.
All applicable implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose given to you by law, are hereby limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Under no circumstances will Rado Watch Co. Ltd. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last, or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so exclusions or limitations mentioned may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
Rado Watch Co. Ltd.’s obligation is strictly limited to repair or replacement as expressly stated in this limited warranty. Your official Rado dealer carries sole responsibility for any other guarantees.
The Rado Watch Co. Ltd.’s customer service ensures the perfect working order of your Rado watch. If your watch needs maintenance, rely on an official Rado dealer or an authorized Rado Service Center as set forth in the enclosed list: they alone can guarantee service according to Rado Watch Co. Ltd.’s standards.
2. BAUME & MERCIER
Warranty Extension
If you are the owner of a Clifton or Riviera watch equipped with a Baumatic movement: For 1 more year guarantee, please register within 60 days after purchase with the form below: ACTIVATE YOUR BAUMATIC WARRANTY EXTENSION
International warranty
All Baume & Mercier watches purchased from an authorized retailer are covered by a 24-month International Warranty as stated in the below conditions.
3. SEIKO
The standard international guarantee is 12 months.
During the guarantee period, Seiko authorised service centre guarantees free repair/adjustment service against any defects on the watch head (movement and case) and metallic band, provided that the watch was used as directed in the instruction manual.
However, in the following cases, repair/adjustment service is chargeable even within the guarantee period or under guarantee coverage.
Exchange of leather, urethane or fabric band
Damage to the case, glass or band caused by accidents or improper usage
Damage caused by the repairs carried out by anyone other than a member of the authorised service network
Scratches or grime caused by use
If the text on the guarantee card has been altered or if the certificate of guarantee has no store name and date of purchase
When the certificate of guarantee is not presented
Battery replacement
Following Seiko watches are not repairable in Vietnam and these have to be sent to Tokyo.

Japan domestic model
There will handling charges to send the watch to Tokyo. Please contact Seiko service centre for more details.
4. TRASER
Your traser watch is warranted by mb-microtec Ltd.
for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international traser® warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased traser® watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into effect if the warranty certificate is dated (purchase date), fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official traser® dealer (“valid warranty certificate”).
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have defects repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your traser® watch, mb-microtec Ltd. guarantees its replacement by a traser® watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
•The life of the battery.
•Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of nonmetallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating).
•Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by mb-microtec Ltd.
•Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the traser® watch.
•The traser® watch handled by non-authorised persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond mb-microtec Ltd.’s or an official traser dealer’s control.
Any further claim against mb-microtec Ltd. e.g. for damages additional to the above described warranty is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.

5. WOLF
WOLF offers a limited 2 year worldwide warranty on its watch winders and jewellery cases. The warranty covers manufacturer defects. Please register your purchase by completing the Warranty Form.
6. CARAN d’ACHE
Caran d’Ache writing instruments are covered by a 2-year international guarantee against all material and manufacturing defects. Leather goods and jewellery are covered by a one-year guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, damage arising from improper use or shocks, or loss. Furthermore, the guarantee does not cover leads, erasers, ink refills, or personalized decoration.
7. MORELLATO
Morellato reserves a 24-month guarantee against manufacturing defects on all its straps, this guarantee is in line with the rules of the European community that Morellato applies to all its customers even outside Europe.
8. BERGEON
For Bergeon tools, there is no warranty except for the electronic testing equipment which will cover 12 months of the manufactures warranty.
