Customers may transfer payment directly to the bank account provided by Future Time.
The bank account details will be shared by our sales consultant upon order confirmation.
Future Time supports Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders that meet the delivery conditions of our shipping partners.
Our sales consultant will confirm COD eligibility before shipment.
For the following products:

✦ Special products;
✦ Special Order products;
Future Time may require a minimum deposit of 10% of the product value to confirm the order.
The deposit secures product reservation or enables Future Time to place a special order with the manufacturer on the customer's behalf.
Any conditions regarding the refund or forfeiture of the deposit will be clearly communicated before the transaction is confirmed.
An order will be confirmed only when:
Future Time has received the corresponding payment; or
Both parties have completed confirmation of the agreed payment method in accordance with our policy.
In certain cases, a Future Time representative may contact the customer to verify order information before shipment.
