The exchange request must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be in its original condition, free from scratches, dents, impacts, or any signs of use.
The product must be returned with its original box, accessories, warranty card, tags, labels, and any complimentary gifts (if applicable).
For watches with metal bracelets, the bracelet must not have been resized or adjusted.

Discounted or promotional products.
Customers may exchange their product for another item of equal or higher value.
If the new product has a higher price, the customer is required to pay the price difference.
If the customer chooses a product of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
Customers may request an exchange in the following situations:
The delivered product does not match the model, specification, or description shown on the website or stated in the confirmed order.
The order is delivered with missing items or incomplete accessories.
The product or its packaging is damaged during transportation, including torn packaging, peeling, cracks, breakage, dents, or other visible shipping damage.
To facilitate prompt assistance, customers are requested to provide:
An unboxing video recorded when receiving the package.
Clear photographs showing the condition of the product and its packaging upon delivery.
Future Time reserves the right to decline an exchange request if sufficient photo or video evidence of the product's condition upon delivery is not provided.
Future Time encourages customers to carefully inspect their products before accepting delivery and completing payment.
This Exchange Policy does not apply to damage or defects resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Certain products or promotional campaigns may be subject to separate exchange conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
