2. Warranty Service Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

3. Warranty Coverage

All watches are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for 1 to 8 years from the date of purchase, depending on the warranty policy of each respective brand.

4. Warranty Terms

For watches still under warranty

Customers are required to present the relevant warranty documents, such as the warranty card, proof of purchase, or purchase invoice. Eligible products will receive complimentary warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

For watches outside the warranty period

Repair services will be subject to a service charge.

The repair cost will be quoted after our technicians have inspected and assessed the condition of the product.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage to the watch case or bracelet, including peeling, discoloration of the dial, cracked, broken, or damaged straps/bracelets.

• Damage resulting from accidental drops, impacts, dents, scratches, or broken crystals caused during normal use.

• Damage resulting from improper use, incorrect adjustment, misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.

• Watches that have been repaired, modified, or serviced by any service center other than an authorized Thakral Service Center.
