Position: General Manager.
JDs of General Manager:
* Establish the Company’s goals and objectives for both short-term and long-term.
* Work closely with the Owner to determine business needs and maximize engagement from stakeholders.
* Review operational data and financial statements to track the progress of business plans.
* Hiring employees / Managing people and establishing policies in areas like accounting, Sales, Marketing, HR. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
* Maintain budgets and optimize expenses to evaluate /improve operations and financial performance.
* Prepare regular reports for the Owner.
* Provide solutions to issues relating to Company Biz operation for balancing all the most reasonable benefits to the stakeholders.
Responsibilities – Background and Experience:
* Be responsible for upholding successful company operations by implementing business strategies and fostering business relationships.
* Develop Biz plans and strategies.
* Advise the Owner on strategic issues.
* Present reports on the Company’s biz and performance to the Owner.
* Motivate and provide leadership to all employees.
* Build relationships with Local Authorities/ Partners/ Agencies.
* Ensure that the company continues to make profits.
Desired Characteristic:
* A master’s degree in business Management or a related area is preferable.
* Over 20 years of experience as Managing Director in Multi-National Companies.
* Experience in establishing business goals/ strategies and planning & budgeting.
* Good understanding of corporate law and branding.
* Knowledge of business processes and functions such as finance, HR, procurement, and operations, ….
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication and leadership qualities.
* Ability to work under pressure.
